Ric Militi always dreamed of being in the place he is today: the leader of a team of overachievers that share his passion for marketing and the challenges it brings. From as early as high school, Ric Militi was inspired by the advertising greats that came before him and it was then that he knew marketing ran in his blood. From the first agency he opened in the 1990s to the anti-agency he runs today, Ric’s vision was always to create a firm that would serve clients first and be home to a team rooted in supportive company culture. Thanks to his strategic planning, this vision is now a reality.

Giselle has a deep understanding of both digital and traditional media, and her experience encompasses user experience development, fashion photography, branding, design, social management & growth, creative direction and more. Throughout her work history, Giselle has functioned in various capacities, repeatedly proving her talent to quickly embrace new technologies and platforms in order to develop innovative marketing strategies. At InnoVision, Giselle has made a visible impact, taking the lead on creative projects for a wide range of clients in multiple mediums. She also spearheads the Hispanic marketing division.

Jose is a well-established Executive Art Director and designer who stands out from most thanks to his innate ability to think creatively as well as strategically. With ten ADDYs and three SAM Awards to his name, Jose’s design prowess has been recognized throughout the industry. Born and raised in Mexico City, Jose attended the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, then continued his education in San Diego. With over two decades of design experience under his belt, Jose boasts an impressive client portfolio that includes work for H&R Block, Dr. Scholl’s, Union Bank, Wells Fargo, PFF Bank & Trust, The Fish Market, and San Diego State University among others. Jose’s creative input, expertise and guidance in all areas of design has helped build a dynamic and dependable design department that approaches all projects with enthusiasm and creativity.

ALYSSA ORTEGA

With a passion for learning and innovation, Alyssa is driven to continue expanding her knowledge of the dynamic media landscape. After graduating from The George Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Alyssa began her career at Initiative, a global traditional media agency within IPG Mediabrands, working on the Albertsons-Safeway account. In moving to InnoVision, she layered onto this bare-bones media buying approach a strategic emphasis on in-content, non-skippable and endorsement strategies with impact beyond just static reach and frequency numbers. Alyssa plays a key role in each client’s digital campaigns, working to personally optimize all strategies that are handled in-house including behavioral and contextual digital ad buys on the exchanges, geofencing, polygonal targeting and attribution, retargeting and search engine marketing. Her analytical and detail-oriented perspective helps clients of all sizes ensure campaigns across all mediums are effective with specific strategies designed to generate ROI.

After joining InnoVision in 2013 with a background in hospitality management, Jessie has grown through the ranks and now leads our HR & Admin departments, specializing in employee engagement and culture cultivation, her favorite parts of HR. Her studies in Meeting & Event Planning at San Diego State University lend a fun and unique perspective to the way Human Resources function in the office setting. She plays a key role in all areas of the company and values communication, professionalism, positivity and trust in order to provide the best results possible for her departments and the team as a whole. Jessie strives to keep the team modern and organized, while consistently innovating within her role. Helping InnoVision grow the team from 10 to almost 40 over the years, her creativity and passion to enhance company culture while keeping the team unified and continuously thinking outside the box is unmatched.

With a love of writing and telling a story, Bianca has ten years of experience in the industry and over 50 published stories. Earning her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Oakland University in Michigan, Bianca went on to intern at the biggest fashion publication in Detroit, StyleLine Magazine where she was immediately given her own column. Beginning at InnoVision as a copywriter, Bianca has taken the lead on writing content and editorial for marketing materials on all platforms. Using her newswriting background and passion for editorial along with a deep understanding of great brand representation, perception and exposure, the public relations department was launched in 2019 led by Bianca. She carries the brand strategy into every project she works on, always making sure to look at the big picture while simultaneously paying attention to the smallest details.

MIKEY A. GUEVARA

Vice President of Web Development

Mikey found a passion for web development in high school and continued to learn the ins and outs of web, SEO, and apache servers at Southwestern College and UCSD. He enjoys exploring and learning new coding languages and currently works with HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and jQuery. Coding languages are constantly changing with each version update, so troubleshooting and compatibility testing are everyday tasks in the web world. He manages the web team while always ensuring the best possible product for our clients that meets their goals.
