Assistant Account Coordinator
We have an opening for an Assistant Account Coordinator to provide support to the account management teams at InnoVision. If you’re smart, motivated, and have a fantastic attitude, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow within our quickly-growing company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with tracking radio, TV & print ads
- Assisting in the development of media lists and editorial calendars
- Assisting in the coordination of client events
- Assisting with competitive and market research
- Assisting in writing and updating communications including newsletters, press releases, advertisements, marketing materials, websites and more
- Writing notes, recaps, memos and correspondence
- Assisting in the coordination of public relations and media relations efforts
- Working at client events
- Some administrative support such as answering the phone or scheduling meetings, as needed
Required skills:
- A GREAT attitude and a desire to learn and grow
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Superb organizational skills
- A friendly, positive and flexible attitude
- The ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- A willingness to put in extra hours, work weekends and holiday hours when necessary
- The desire to succeed and grow in the competitive world of marketing and advertising
Required experience:
- College degree
- 1 year of marketing or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
