Digital & Social Media Specialist
InnoVision Marketing Group, one of the fastest-growing marketing firms in Southern California, has an immediate full-time opening for a Digital & Social Media Specialist ready to establish and grow a Digital Media department within the company. The roles and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Developing creative and effective digital and social media campaigns tailored to specific client goals and objectives
- Monitoring and measuring campaigns for effectiveness and adjusting plans as needed for optimization
- Choosing channels that best reach our clients’ target market and accomplish the given goals and objectives
- Negotiating campaigns to garner the maximum value and effectiveness for the investment
- Working directly with the account and creative teams to execute digital and social media elements
- Managing all efforts throughout the planned campaigns
- Writing and presenting compelling, detailed social and digital media plans
- Reviewing campaign effectiveness, providing reports and recommendations for future campaigns
- Keeping up-to-date on the latest technologies and changes within the digital and social media marketing spheres
Required Skills:

Required experience:
- College degree
- 2+ years of related experience
